That was the most annoying lecture I have ever listened to. Please edit out more than half of the podcast. There is no reason that the general public should have to listen to most of what was being said.

  • Ric

I agree with Aaron. Also, is this podcast complete? It sounds as if there is a missing, second part.

If you click on the link “Emergent Village Podcast”, you will see that this is indeed the first part; the second is forthcoming. I have no control over editing these files. It’s posted as it appeared on their site.

I don’t mean to sound whiny. I apologize if that was how this came off. Thank you for pointing out that there was a second part. I seemed to have missed that.

There are actually now 5 parts, covering the span of the 3 days over which the dialogues took place. The first lecture, linked to in the above post, is mostly introductions, so unless you’re interested in some personal stories from Caputo and Kearney (mixed in with some boring and annoying interjections from the moderator), you can probably forward through the first half of it.

    just a suggestion:
this could probably also be filed under hermeneutics

    Fair enough, Ryan. It’s done
